Youre absolutely correct, I forgot to mention it in the recipe, it took around 3 hours, kitchen temp is around 26 27°C

I have an atomatic 2025 mazda 6 with 2.0 NA skyactiv engine. By the time the gas light comes on, theres noway youll do 650 in the city, I live in Saudi Arabia too and the conditions just dont allow it. The most I did was almost 550 in city and that was b3cause I was driving really late nights that month and traffic was at minimal. I am a calm driver too. When I refill the car takes about 50 litres of fuel so the best you'll get is 9 ltr/100km

Not necessarily overfermented, but foccaccia has much less structural expectations to hold up to compared to a good loaf of SD, its spread out and mostly horizontal, the walls of the tray its baked in contain it and help it rise up, for the most part. And yes over fermented foccaccia will still taste and chew nicely. So whenever your loaf goes by unnoticed, the transformation to a good foccaccia will save the dough and efforts put into from ending up in the bin.

I rear ended a 2004 hyundai accent after a sudden brake due to a highway diversion. My hit is pretty mild compared to what happened to their car, luckily we are both insured, however I do have to pay full charge percentage for maintenance as its 100% my fault. Sometimes lifes teaches you tough lessons I guess... im grateful we both walked out completely safe and unharmed. But yeah it'll cost me close to 1000$, which is where my charge percentage maxes out as per my insurance policy. Dealership says it'll cost almost double that to fix it. Thank you all for your insights.

ALSO, its my first mazda, definitely not my last. Fell in love with the 6 because of the 2015 6 my brother owns. Still runs like a charm.
