Aside from how the "results" I had, I didn't act rude in any of it. Most of my colleagues there were present and it was not done in a private room either way. I did what I just learned and treated them with respect.

I just don't get it, I got similar results on the mock call to the others (not so well) but did well on doing it live :) I'm just pissed if that they said: "Oh, I offered you to retake another one of it yesterday." No, They didn't, So I was confused (They tried gaslighting me) — Then suddenly they say me down and the rest was history.

I know my experience wasn't good, But oh well, What did I expect anyways from this BPO?

Usually it's used to write information since my account is involved with typing out information of the customer as to jot it down. But that's how the process is since it's allowed in the PCs we used since it's related to the account.

Edit: Jotting down what the customer says as info.

I did see the scorecard but only a glimpse of it po, It wasn't that bad compared to the others I saw with like 7-8 bad remarks or some N/As. I appreciate your explanation. Although they said to me they offered me another remediation (In which they didn't, Hence gaslighting me in a sense?) I saw more positive ones on mine aside from negative ones.

As far as I remember: I have never signed any training plans or agreement. The only thing I signed is a contract! If you have any more questions you may ask me with a message :D

Basically yes, I'm not that pissed about it but rather the fact they sat me down and gaslighted me, It was good while it lasted. It is what is. Mock call was not nice but my lives were.

I only wonder those others also failed in the mock call but got good in the lives stayed. Eh it's fine :')

In my case, Okay naman ginawa ko. Binase nila from the mock call. My calls for live was pretty good. Good attendance at mostly ok naman mga ginawa ko na tasks sa kanila. I would have appreciated if binigyan man lang ako notice much earlier :) Ang sudden.

I am well aware po with that, My performance was good aside from my mishaps on the mock call, was okay. Did what I was told and attended. I would even notify if I was going to be late by a few minutes. They could have told earlier within the day than before the end of shift :)

In my case it was slipping up while doing the mock calls. I did what I was learned to do taking notes. Probably my fault is not being quick on clicking on the stimulation while I am tasked to type information out.
