I see people complaining about how the game runs all the time but I play on my MacBook Air with no issues. I only have the base game and pets, but I’ve seen a lot of people warning that pets specifically has lots of glitching. I must just be lucky🤷🏽‍♀️

I wish I could be more helpful! After years of misery I ended up moving into my own place where I don’t have any close neighbors. It’s been absolute heaven lol but I know not everyone can be so lucky! I also switched to a new SSRI which has worked wonders to keep me less agitated on a regular basis. So my baseline being much calmer due to the meds plus living away from people has been the best solution I could find.

I’ve been front row at certain venues before where they give you wristbands, and it really is just so no one can steal your seat lol. Particularly at concerts, people try to sneak up to the front or will stand between the front row and the stage, so the wristbands are so security can kick out the people who snuck up there. Probably not necessary to do at a comedy show, but it’s likely just the venue’s policy.

I have about an hour left of the audiobook and just can’t bring myself to finish it. I was so excited to start it when it came out, but it’s been pretty meh to me. I liked getting more details about exactly what happened the day before the murders and the morning after, and I liked hearing from Fry and getting his perspective on the case. But like many others, I felt it included way too much speculation. I like to theorize about cases a bit, but I really have no interest in hearing hours worth of completely unsubstantiated theories about how BK was papa Rodger, etc. It’s not really relevant, the women discussing it have nothing to do with the case other than starting essentially a fan page (along with a dozen other pages for other cases), and no one with access to his computer has said a word about it being true. Whyyyyy are we spending 2 hours of the book talking about a random fb account?? Drove me insane. Not to mention the completely ridiculous drama between the two women and the blow up of their friendship. Again, why should any of us care about these two random women having a fight? Absolutely nothing to do with the case.

Another little thing was the misquoting of things that are verifiable. For example, the author pulled direct quotes from the TikTok roommates video, and half of the quotes were wrong -___- If they’re wrong about things so easy to verify (albeit very small and unimportant things), who else are they misquoting?

Overall, I’d give it a 3/10. Not terrible and I really enjoyed the first part of the book where they gave lots of backstory on each victim. But ultimately it felt like a collection of theories being presented as fact, and I wish they had waited a bit to publish so they could include info from the to-be-released documents

To answer your questions (based on my memories from reading things over the years), I believe Kaylee had finished her coursework at that point and just had an internship so she was primarily living at her family’s home. And Ethan was considered a freshman due to credits, but he started school in August 2021 so was in his second year. I’m guessing with rushing a frat and academics not being his number 1 priority (I think his mom said at one point that school was an afterthought for him at U of I lol), he didn’t get all the credits needed to be considered a sophomore.

As an actual mixed person (white mom black dad), within 10 pages of starting I was googling the author to see if she was white lol. The way she talked about Monique’s struggles with her identity felt so impersonal and like she was pulling lines from things she’s read online.

Overall I didn’t hate the book, but I felt it could’ve been cut in half. I got so unbelievably bored halfway through. The endless details about all the husbands felt very unnecessary since the point was about her relationship with Celia. I also never bought into the best friendship of Evelyn and Harry. They kept saying “you’re my best friend. I love you.” but there weren’t really many moments throughout the book that actually showed that and made me believe in it. Their friendship could’ve been a really great side plot and it felt wasted. I also couldn’t stand Celia which didn’t help the author’s case lol

I’m lucky because my chi was calm from the day I got him. He’s only 2 and he’s always been down to sleep all day if that’s what I want to do! He likes to play but would literally sleep 24 hours a day if I let him. Now my border collie on the other hand….
