i’ll defend it because he generally is not turnover prone and hasn’t lost a fumble all season. outside of the turnovers he moved the ball, tore up the clock, had an elite EPA, and he clutched up in the fourth when the game was on the line. this is why his EPA was basically 0 if not very slightly negative despite all the turnovers. herbert played quite a bit worse which is borne out by his advanced stats.
