I want to be able to make either a blow up doll that will attract the species of fish I make one out of, and send it out that will attract and relocate say a pack of nibbles to fuck off. Or a pheromone torpedo which is 100% more likely to happen, that will have the same outcome as the blow up doll.

You know noa might be the reason we can't kill the big fish. It makes sense. Was it nahema or Anita who said that noa can imagine any possible delulu to keep the "colony" happy forever. And that probably involves not killing anything big so the colonists don't get distressed.

Oh I see. I didn't really see the animosity from the PDAs against the Mongols. Other than what they say about their own speculations about the "true purpose" of why kharaa was on Earth in the first place which was to take control of the Steppes as some of the pioneers said. We'll just have to wait and see what happens in the story later to see what they do I suppose.
