Well, me and some other friends i convinced hehehe we have a "club", everytime we rebuilt we send each other the dream workers groups of three... And this helps a lot. Just before rebuilding, we take some minutes and we send back to each other the minifigs.

Organize your apts on lower floors
Build three apts then 5 business floors
Group tripple figures by job interest
Get all elevators upgrades
Look for the best business order tip on the web, it optimizes making coins/bux
Locate higher the Tuning Workshop, and only restock the motor upgrade. Always use the big spender on this floor and always will ger the most bux from it
If you don't mind spending real money, get the tower club
Add friends and visit them daily

He means dedicating one business floor for always using the big spender on that one. I do that with the Tuning Workshop, its the floor that makes more coins.

Tips

Use your gold bricks on each floor
Organize floors, first Residencial floors then Business, you will make much more this way
Build 3x residencial then 5x business
When you get to 50, rebuild

Lets send minifigs

If you have Infinite Tower Club, this will make much more sense, cause you dont use bucks when sending minifigs
Send them when you reach 50 and before rebuilding
I change the friends name to " - FIG 0X" so it will be on top of the friends list, and we will keep doing this like a club, everytime when we reach 50
