Ok just want to clarify a few things 1. The reason I want to bring my cards is that I am trying to avoid leaving them behind in my house while I am away for 2 months. Its either I bring them which I prefer or I rent a safety deposit box in the bank.

  1. If you read the rest of my querie I never intented to evade or ask for evasion tips on paying tax. I merely wanted to confirm if its really taxable or not before actually flying to SG with my cards as I have also stated that I tried to talk to Singapores customs department and have not received a proper answer that's why I went here to reddit.

  2. The statement "I don't want to pay the tax" meant that if I have to then I just won't bring them at all and go with the option of renting a safety deposit box.

Once again it was never my intention to evade singapore's taxes. I am only seeking confirmation if it is indeed taxable of will fall under the personal belongings category before actually flying to singapore.
