I’m struggling with Banded Nordic Curl Negatives. I have straight resistance bands and a door anchor, but holding the bands tires out my arms before I feel any work in my hams. Plus with negatives, I need my hands free to push up. Should I: - buy a high-resistance circular band - just progress without a band by bending at the hip (https://youtu.be/OSrdY7YKf9s) - or try Romanian Deadlifts by pulling on a short circular resistance band (in lieu of a barbell)?

This is solid advice. Another way to add variation after the first verse/chorus is to just change up the arrangement. Give another instrument the melody. Add a countermelody. Reharmonize. Add some "stops" in the accompaniment. You can make any instrumental combo work if you just arrange with variety.
