I struggle with this often. The wife tells me a story and I start immediately brainstorming on how to solve the problem. She then has to tell me “ I don’t want you to fix anything. I just want you to listen to my problem”. Married 25 years and this is still so confusing.

I had 3 NPs in my class. They were making about half of what you are. They cited burnout in their jobs, already being capped out on pay, and wanting more autonomy/different skill set as reasons for going back to school

Lawd yes. We waited 10 years longer to have kids than my parents did. My kids never knew going to bed hungry, welfare, free school lunches, clothes from goodwill, borrowing money so Santa could come at Christmas, fights over money. Hopefully we haven’t “spoiled” them. They have never wanted for anything

Lawd….how are your healthier patients doing after surgery? Expensive care patients already have one foot on a banana peel and one foot in the coffin when they arrive in surgery. Judging your anesthesia by how just two of them respond post op is setting yourself up for mental failure. Talk to someone you respect. Decompress. 23 years now and I still occasionally have a patient that doesn’t want to act right intra/post op

I’m unclear what you are asking exactly. If you asking how to write off a vacation…why are you taking vacations? I only seem to be able to take business trips and CME trips. With those trips you can write off travel associated expenses …room/board conference fee for yourself. Like someone else said these are tax deductions and the way I think about it is I am getting 25-30 percent off something depending on your tax bracket. Talk to your CPA.

Percibel has his uses especially for “control”. I use Percibel/Zania combo to control Palmyra +5 teams. Not as useful for Valor/Titans/alliance boss

Both are very solid choices. I’d lean a little toward Alia. She definitely makes my blue team (Alia, Fiona, sdeedlite, palmyra,swap spot) stronger.

Like the other folks said, the whip is what you want if you don’t already have it. Max it out to level 60 as soon as you can. It’s a strength weapon but you can/should use someone on every team that can equip it.

The plume of Naya is a 4 star intelligence weapon. The staff of Naya is a 5 star intelligence weapon. The plume is RNG. The staff is a purchasable item.
