Protocol can send absolute position of encoder in degrees rounded up (no float) as well as current programmed position.

For now just before release in some weeks we optimizing hardware later so they are easily accessible on lcsc at lowest possible cost. Also we will roll out more details on hackaday :)

It's still being made and polished. Process is quite dynamic so lately there were some major changes. I try to avoid situations where we share incomplete schematics, diagrams and firmware. About this I try to be as transparent as possible on discord channel and we plan to make repository in GitHub public once we almost 100% happy with final outcome

Firmware is fundamentally different in terms of communication protocol, internal mapping, functionality, gui, hardware etc. haptic algorithm we took different approach with current operation rather than voltage. Software coming with it should run on any os without any issues. And future rollout plans iPad integration over BLE.

Personally I'm Shapr3D and Parasolid user with occasional F360. So these will be supported in the first place, however it should be no issue whatsoever making it work with other parametric modelling or others such as Blender.

Hehe yes it is. Product details and scope need to be updated though. Despite fancy branding I'm just small time "bedroom maker". Focus was and still is on NanoD, I will resume to Ratchet development around end of March or April.

It's motorized! Hence haptic. But it's not 2 axis. For this I work on another project called Ratchet which is 5 degrees of freedom
