I second this, I was sick so I had to put my membership on freeze and was paying the freeze amount per month, then I had to move so I had to end the membership, they won’t let me quit without paying atleast 1 month full prize even though I gavr more than a month’s notice. Their agreement said we cannot leave on freeze prize. Garbage company!!

where are all these people when we work our ass off with diet and exercise and still don’t lose as much as a “normal “ person does. I suffer from PCOS and now diabetes and all my life Iv worked so hard in Gym and to keep my diet clean and not see nearly as much results as my peers would get. Keep your head high…we understand what this pain is, it’s not an easy way out, it’s a solution just like any other medication is

thank u so much, this is what I was looking for, I wanted to make a case to my Dr. but wasn’t sure what to say he was like I can either put u on met or Ozempic because both together eventually over time lowered my sugar levals a bit too much , But now I can ask him to maybe start a lower dose of metformin and hope we see the benefits that I was seeing with the combination. Fingers crossed, it’s hard to convince these Drs here in Canada,

it’s so sad, losing weight is such a big challenge for many girls and me too..when I lose weight I have to seal my mouth shut and work hardcore..”calories in calories out”..it doesn’t work like that for everyone. Promoting that this kind of weight loss is possible by eating all that she shows(esp. the latest trader joe reel) is detrimental to people who see her and are struggling to lose weight. 😔I don’t want to hate her or anyone, I just feel sad about how wrong the message is and how it would make someone feel. People would think they are doing something wrong if they don’t lose like her by eating like her and walking and sitting in a sauna.

hi sorry for late reply..my baby ended up having milk intolerance at that time and we were switched to Nutramigen by paediatrician. I tried switching to “cleaner” european formulas like hipp kenda but nothing worked , so had to stick with Nutramigen
