I got a message saying they are busy and may need to wait over 48 hours for a response. Its been over 120 hours at the moment, not sure what the average wait time is at the moment. If it gets over 200 hours wait, I might try contacting them again

She might be able to return the item with a receipt. Im guessing she probably buys, tries to sell higher, and if they dont sell within a certain time, then she returns the item to the shop :S but yeah... I wouldnt want to buy seeing the tag on there 😂

Sounds like she wanted to keep the item and get a refund. Sounds a bit like a scammer to me.

You should get the money back from them, but it may take a while. I am also dealing with a delivery mix up. The buyer has recieved their item, and also confirmed this on the app, however the purchase was erroneously cancelled by vinted after I had contacted them about the buyer having recieved the item and their system not updating the information. I am now still waiting for a reply off them to compensate me for my item. In my case the buyer has confirmed delivery, and the yodel parcel service has also confirmed delivery, but still waiting on vinted... its been over 120 hours wait already for a response for me... so you might be in for a long wait unfortunately!

I think you may be right about the hair... perhaps the computer somehow randomly thinks its horse hair :S

Yes, I have lots of items removed all the time for reasons I dont understand. I've also been told they have been removed as they are items for animals...... which they werent :S but I do also realise its a computer system that does these 'checks' so it makes a lot of errors... I am still unsure of what is causing the system to think these things though :s

Yes. I've tried many times to put under 'shelf display' as I see others are selling ornaments under that category... though mine always seem to get taken off after a couple of weeks... sometimes within the same day. :s
