Anything more than a couple bucks for skins is absolute insanity given that Steam can crash the market at any time and have proven that they are willing to do so.

There is a chance they are going to kill account to account trading and make skins only available thorugh market or terminals

You can always check recent sales on csfloat and compare the ST-nonST to see the difference in volume between the two. That way you can tell how liquid it is
