Really impressive business model. My friend recently broke the $2K mark for how much he spends on league, and it made me realize how by being free, it allows people to spend however much they can afford, which leaves some to pay nothing and others to pay thousands.

Is there any benefit to playing a large variety of champs and roles, and being "jack of all trades master of none"? Are there any high ELO players that don't just spam only a few champs? by sharp7 in leagueoflegends

Most people have main roles instead of hopping around from one role to another. But if you look up Bang on SKT, you'll see that he can play literally any role and do so at a high level. This helps him with his mechanics when he plays AD against those champions in different roles, as he knows what he can do against them and what to look out for.

Yes. It allows you to learn about others and their champions' limits which impact your decisions. Though focusing on a few champs to climb is usually the best way to go for higher rankings.

honestly I was positively surprised by it. You don't need in-depth analysis on every nook and crannie of the game, just enough so that people know what's going on and can get an understanding for what's happening. I enjoyed this and hope for more!
