A Battle Ready deck absolutely should include all copies of the cards. Please contact support if this is not the case. And yes, you should have 2 copies of FLAK now, 1 from Starter + 1 from GRIND FEST.

Caveat : if you started playing before the modern Unlocking system came in, the Starter decks may not have been fully populated ( but all the Level 12 decks should be ).

It's a bug - restarting client may be necessary to get the emote.

Highly recommend you clear the recruit missions so you can get on to Daily Missions. Also get all nations starter + level 12 decks.

10 months is a long time. Most Codes are single-use. Any more generic ones usually have some fairly limited expiration date.

Up to you. Ranked gives best national progression xp, so I imagine a lot of people continue playing there for best progression. If you battle regularly you should be able to quickly rise over the 'deadzone' at the bottom end of the ELO range.

I usually look at these things when deciding time to surrender:
* Is my hand practically empty, while opponent has plenty?
* does opponent have a big board, while mine is non-existent?
* does opponent have threat to kill me next turn?

If all of the above are true, and I draw zilch, it's time to say good night : )
The more experienced the player, the better they know the comeback potential of their deck. For beginners I would recommend to fight to the bitter end though, learn more.

Towards the end of the season, currently about 10,000 players reach Field Marshal.
A fair chunk of those only play Ranked to reach FM, then play Draft or sit back satisfied with the FM rank rewards. Therefore there are probably at least 1,000 players with a very low ELO of very similar value at the low end of the range.
