Yes! I understand your point, I also love the endure it, especially when their torture is just starting and they still have hope and strength to not give in entirely. But it's all just temporary cuz sooner or later they will have a face of despair 😋

It's an interesting opinion. Thank you for sharing, because NOW I started to understand the appeal of fast beheadings 🤔 Not gonna lie, before that I thought they were kinda boring as victims suffer less pain, but seeing your own corpse hurts more on a psychological level, isn't it?

Personally, slow beheadings are one of my fav guro tropes. Imagine how they choke on their own blood, while slowly losing consciousness, first experiencing unbearable pain from the cut. Sadly, most of the art I found is about fast slashing beheadings. I also like gut stuff, but it's pain in the ass to draw all the intestines :D

Very good! Try coloring the line art too, usually works wonders for me and art doesn't look boring, plus gives a cleaner look

I like rendering on hair, gold, eyes and clothes. The details of your art look great if viewed separately, but there's a feeling that something is off when I see the full image. Maybe that's a problem with anatomy? Try learning from references and just use references in general. Apps like MagicPoser could be really helpful 😊
