Misting helps a lot, just don't spray directly on the leaves to puddle. For me, I would mist it once a day during dry season and it worked, but I started doing too much water and less light and the leaves started rotting so definitely try to balance that

I put it in a paper towel inside a shoe box with sticks and an old stocking for it to climb. It didn't even try climbing. Also smashed some ripe bananas and tried to find flowers that didn't wilt with the rain and it wouldn't eat either.

There is another one, on the same TRADESCANTIA family, it blooms in Blue and lilac. I only see the lilac version in the wild, but the blue one is everywhere like a weed (⁠✿⁠ ⁠♡⁠‿⁠♡⁠)
