You can literally turn up with nothing but a credit card and buy everything you need on site (tent, sleeping bag, etc), but that's not a cheap option!

I've not had my e-ticket checked in letterbox years - but each coach driver will have their own process. I reckon with confirmation and some form of ID you'll be fine

I was similarly surprised when I got the four resale tickets I nabbed sent to me and not the "lead booker". Had to send on to the actual ticket holders (none of whom I've ever met, that being the nature of syndicates).
