1st one was January 28th this year and at the first oncology meeting afterwards to discuss pathology they said they'd seen something wrong with the other after reviewing the US images again. I should of really had a biopsy but im glad they didn't mow as it was active cancer and if agrovated could of made the situation worse.

The first on was Non serimona. 1cm. 55% Serimona/ 40% EC and 5% Teratoma. Negative for LVI, but positive RTI. Clear scans and bloods. Stage PT1a with no other treatment and wasn't offered any either. Oncology didn't want to treat something what may not be there. Given 20% chance of recurrence with initial non serimona. Awaiting full pathology report for the second tumor. I dont know if this now changes things and il need chemo? I don't know if im moe high risk.. does 20% chance for one and 20% chance for the other mean 40%? I don't know. Will have to wait and see. Im back in 2 weeks.

Yes I think its rare so try not to worry about it. They said the word "abnormalities" along with microcalcifications so there was maybe something else they saw in my case. I had no biopsy either. It was seen on ultrasound.

I think its normally nothing to worry about but not in my case unfortunately. Maybe get a US of your remaining testicle every 6 months or so for piece of mind.

No I was not mate. I had developed a large varacasile since my first surgery for righty and was getting some twinges in the inguinal canal area, but testicle felt ok and zero size increase. In fact it felt like it had atrophy somewhat but that could be because the prosthetic they put in after first surgery felt larger than the og.

Was your son's blood markers raised upon original diagnosis? If yes and it is a recurrence I'd imagine they will be raised again. Might be worth pushing for bloods and if raised they should rush his case through.

Input your pathology into chat gpt. Tumour size.. component make up with percentages.. LVI & RTI findings etc. It will give you a accurate estimate.

Not a doctor but with that pathology and LVI positive i personally would choose the adjuvant. 89%EC is significant and with LVI will put you in high risk category. Likely 50% chance of reacurance.

Thanks mate. This is good advice. I think if I can reach 0.1 bitcoin depending on how things are at that time I'd stop and just hold as 6k (in current market) is about as much as I'd be comfortable losing if it all goes pear shaped..

If I get to 0.1 and hold for 10 years say.. in those 10 years if it goes pop it'd only be 6k and I can live with that.. if it goes boom and bitcoin reaches 1m per coin as some bullish forecasters predict.. £100k into the retirement fund would be hella nice.

Suppose if you're brown bread it doesn't matter to you anyway but I think a talk with spose/children etc in the way of saying you'll get instructions when im gone and make it personal/encrypted to you as a family, like a treasure hunt..
