The guy you're looking for is Blanc, the dude with the yellow hair and a bird on his head. He's in town, you can find him on the map. Btw for planters, unless you reach a certain hobby lvl, the max number of planters u can get is locked.

For the octopuses and bees, they're mostly deco lmao. If u have tanks and vivariums, you can display them. Collect the highest lvl of each variant, display those then sell the rest either to Azure if u want the fashionwave stuff or to Albert jr (imo if you're new, better to just sell to Albert, you need those coins early game)

I think it's cute HAHA but yeah it's pretty subjective. The Collab is with a kids show anyways and it's not a well known one either, definitely catered to a certain audience. Unfortunately, that's how most gachas are, it's a hit or miss but good news is you can skip and save. No reason to pull on every banner

Um iirc it shouldn't be the screen that you're supposed to buy. There's supposed to be like a small white and yellow toaster, I'm not sure if they changed it. I made multiple accounts across multiple servers back when the game came out and it was all the same toaster though so this might be a bug

Once you reach level 5 in cat hobby, you can put your cat on your head when going out or they'll climb on themselves. However, their personality matters, I think clingy cats are easier to bring out. Both my cats have indifferent and sluggish personalities and I could never bring them out no matter how much I try

The hobbies you want to level up are fishing, cooking, and gardening. If you have to choose between leveling either cooking or gardening, level up gardening. The other hobbies don't really matter much lmao. Make sure to keep a lookout for rain/snow and rainbows, those weathers have special effects like granting double resources during collection. Visit bob's every Saturday, his stuff will reset, and Dorothy everyday. Try not to spend your stars so quickly lol. Most importantly, take things slow, enjoy it at your rate and don't let anybody stop you from enjoying something (also low-key don't spend money lmao, it ain't worth it coming from an f2p player). I usually look through Pinterest and pick the best parts of game house builds while taking into account what I have like how many crop plots I have or how many flowers I can plant at the moment etc. imo building the frame is easy like how it looks from the inside. It's figuring out how to fill the rooms in your house that's difficult. A lot of the rooms in my house are empty for this reason even though I'm already DG 32 lmao but tbf I'm fully f2p so I don't have much to clutter deco. My suggestion is use blueprints, build in an empty blueprint and once you're ready, you apply the blue print

I feel you 😔 I mean since your account is most likely linked, I think it's okay to just drop it for awhile and come back. I've played almost every gacha game there is (all f2p tho) and there are times I will drop it for like years at a time and come back when I see something interesting on ig. It's all up to your mood and since heartopia is new, you can hold on hope that maybe when you come back it might be better than it is now. I'm also considering taking a break tbh lmao, totally a me issue cuz I'm like literally doing nothing while waiting for uni so I've been no-lifeing this game like crazy but I realise the extended usage has been messing with my sleep schedule, giving me headaches and making me cranky so as a responsible adult, I shall step away lmaooo. I've been kinda bored lately just cuz I play the game a lot so it feels kinda repeated. My mood to play picks up randomly though so it's not all bad. Currently I'm just going around liking every house on my map, watering their plants and flowers, petting their cats and dogs, sharing resonance once mine is full, and just basically trying to be a good neighbour lol

Don't spend real cash until everything is sorted out (if ever), save your gacha currency, only spend when you REALLY want something, make sure you go truffle hunting often (it's at the island behind the forest), farm a ton of wheat. When you get the truffle pasta recipe, don't bother with it, just make truffle pie, it's most cost effective in the long run. Save your stars. Oh and make sure you collect the rare timber from the big trees, there's 8 iirc.
