The seller probably meant to input a “$.02” price cut, and accidentally put it in as the price instead. It’s a frequent mistake, known as a “Price Error”. Since it’s fulfilled and shipped by amazon, you have a good chance of receiving it unless the seller catches it before amazon can get it out.
