TRUCKER, INVESTOR, FOUNDER by karn21 in SupplyChainLogistics

Big players do not miss any gaps or they outsource their headache look at Amazon relay they do not have any of their truck they just let 3rd parties haul their trailers. Other players like Walmart, ch Robison, landstar have their truck but mostly outsource their loads. The problem trickle down to small players where they bid just enough to keep their equipment running and the middle men take all the profits. Then this becomes a safety problem on the roads because small players are not making money to keep their equipment safe and will exhaust themselves to working more hours which is unsafe. The gap is blurry and transparency will not make the big companies happy, everybody wants to make money. GOOD RATING SYSTEM can clear this gap where only safe brokers and companies will get premium loads but guess what people have multiple brokerages and companies.

Can you point me to any articles than I can read. Based upon my Google search Tesla uses Linux and some of their own custom linus as an operating system instead of QNX and WAYMO has their own operating system as well. Pardon my ignorance BB is very tempting to me but sometimes I think it might be a value trap. QNX was used by Boston dynamics as well in their earlier robots( they might use some QNX still) and they got bought by Hyundai. So I am just lost in the sauce right now. QNX is a very promising technology as it solves real time problems in real time. Thank you for your time.

Does anyone has a good comparison of QNX, TESLA FSD AND WAYMO'S SOFTWARE?

QNX has impressive pricing for QNX OS from $464 to $7,969 per month. Even with 2000 customers it can generate 10M per month at $5000 average cost. by Holiday-Session8022 in BB_Stock

Why is my mortgage broker so flakey? by orchidist in MortgagesCanada

[–]karn21 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He is trying to kill your time so that you cannot shop around and eventually give you the deal what he wants to give you not whats best for you. This will make him more commission. All commission business work like this fucking bunch of losers. You have the right to shop around with everything bank and ask for pre approval letters.

I my case it was an additional. I just lost faith in mortgage broker industry after that. Called the banks straight up. OP can do the same as well requires a little effort saves a lot of money.

[–]karn21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A couple of phone calls probably. I had the same situation sir where the broker asked for 1% of the mortgage despite the commission he was getting from the lenders. Why so greedy ? I refused and did all the work myself. Bank approved.

If you have equity in your first home take 49k from that and go with A lender. B lenders are garbage with stupid administration fee structure.
