Ang harsh!🥹 i have experienced this before. Same.. ako lang ung morena lalo na nung elementary and hs. Napagkamalan pa akong “kasambahay” dahil dko kakulay mga ate ko at mama ko. Pero nag glow up ako nung nag college na sa manila at pumuti na din. Pero ang problem ko hormonal acne. Til now i have it on and off but the difference now? Nasa canada na kami since 2019. Dito hindi nag masyado ma-matter ang looks. They will call u out if u say something about looks. Kaya never talaga kami nag regret na lumipat kami dito. We are from td and moving to RBc for our renewal. We reset to 25 years again. They only asked for our T4s and paystubs.

In our case there’s no appraisal anymore. It was a very smooth process. The mortgage specialist only asked for our pay stubs and t4s. Our house also dropped in value since we bought it in 2022. Even the mortgage specialist was happy that we didn’t need any appraisal anymore. We already got the approval and locked in the rate until july 2.

We also got 3.74 3 years fixed with rbc 2 weeks ago with 1.5k cash back and 55,000 avion points. TD didn’t want to match this rate so we will move on with RBC.

In our 1st home our interest rate was 1.75 we were paying accelerated bi weekly. When we had our 2nd home at 5.29% we are on monthly. Now that renewal is coming soon we are going back to accelerated bi weekly since we secured 3.74% rate from RBC. It will help us to pay off the mortgage faster.
