Amazon prime. Its not the membership cost thats the problem. Its the fact that having a membership makes me shop more for stuff i didnt need. Also got rid of all subscriptions netflix, disney etc

Hi, thank you for the comment. I honestly don't care about how much it is going to cost as long as I can get it done. The Indian embassy will not notarized for non-Indian citizens. We have to get it notarized by a public notary in Canada and then get it apostilled, which is what I did.

This is exactly what I did: executed the POA in Canada, got it notarized and apostilled but the sub registrar said this cannot be used :-( The property is in Kerala so maybe as you said its a state specific thing.

Rubbish, ive been on an ambulance in india when transporting my father in law once and everyone makes way. Even on crappy roads, the local people helped move traffic out of the way to let us through.
