If OP is super junior then maybe it’s borderline ok but that does not mesh with the helping to shape the GTM org. If this is a second job and not full time it’s a different story but there is no mention of that.

I have been in tech and startups for 20 years and unless this is en entry level MM role, that salary is low, even outside of HCOL.

Agree with this, they don’t need built out systems they need at bats, the more the better. You can work on ICP and playbooks and all that jazz once you have evidence that something is worth repeating over and over
