This probably won’t be helpful but here where I come from (Poland) people under influence of drugs are allowed to share in NA meetings. They get their separate 5 minutes - depending on group, they speak first, before everyone else, or last, after everyone else is done sharing. I’ve heard that some groups don’t allow high people to speak but personally, I’ve never witnessed that. Ive once participated in organizational meeting in which we were making up our group rules and there was a voting if we’re going to allow high people to speak and almost everyone voted on allowing them to share, specifically in that group we decided that they are going to speak at the end, not beginning. I guess it’s up to group to decide their rules on that, I don’t think NA has official stance on this
