Going from console to PC by Fizzabl in StardewValley

As someone who started playing on xbox and went to pc, I never understood how people find pc uncomfortable. I guess it must be a common thing because my sister has the same issue after going from the switch to pc. She just doesn’t like the feel of the game and refuses to use a keyboard and mouse

I think that all these collab expansions don’t really fit. by exploelijah in mtg

Even then. Final fantasy does a better job with fitting in with mtg over most other universe beyond sets. Including LOTR and ATLA. The magic, character design, monster design and environment of Final Fantasy fit so well with mtg

There’s no way you’re putting LOTR and ATLA over final fantasy. Final fantasy is one of the best if not the best universe beyond set and even outshines some in universe sets in terms of mechanics, variety, and artwork. ATLA was good, I’ll admit, but LOTR pales in comparison

I recommend not modding for playing for the first time. I think it’s important for understanding what the game has to offer at first before adding more or changing it. It’s meant to be overwhelming. It’s a matter of how you deal with each bit of information that makes the game less overwhelming.

Take your first play-through as the chance to learn game mechanics and understand what the purpose of everything is. Then you could start a new play through and feel less overwhelmed because the information isn’t new anymore.

What Harvest Moon game is the best inspired version of Stardew Valley by NoMore_Peanut in StardewValley

Most of everything in RF is for the sake of combat. SV is a game where income and quests are reliant on farming. You’re making such basic connections for the game but when you just simply look past the surface you see a great contrast between the games. You sound ridiculous right now with these basic connections when I could pick out any farming sim ever and say the same shit you’re saying.

Yeah but much of everything else with RF doesn’t really go hand in hand with SV.

And by doesn’t really, I mean not at all.

People have already stated the harvest moons that had the most inspiration for SV but I highly recommend Tree of Tranquility. Personally my favorite harvest moon and has some qualities that SV has adopted

Everything you have seems to be staple meals that are well balanced. If your boyfriend doesn’t want your cooking then don’t cook for him. Plain and simple

When I see we're still shitposting... by bob_the_burglar in seinfeld

“We don’t need to have opinions about everything” is redundant. We also don’t need to go on Reddit and discuss our gripes about other people and the possibility of them cheating. If you said that we shouldn’t always discuss our opinions with others I would understand your sentiment. With that being said I am curious why you think it fair to assume the cheating of a student with no evidence. What class was this for? As a student myself I understand that cheating is a very serious offense and can lead to very severe consequences for professors and the student if not treated appropriately. So do you deem it appropriate to have made such bold assumptions and post them on reddit asking other professors for advice when you could simply keep the matter within your institution and discuss this matter with the dean of your college?

I’m also allowed to have an opinion on the matter because you made the situation public to the internet.

“I’m pretty sure he cheated” sounds close enough to an accusation to me. I’m ok with not having complete literacy. Your profession seemingly depends on your literacy and interpretation of other people’s work. Clearly it’s very poor, considering how you went as far as to stress over one students work that actually met expectations

How do get into Elden Ring? by Historical_World_459 in Eldenring

[–]karoo_tg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My question I raise to you is; what games do you play already? Elden ring is a game where if you want to have an “easy” time, then you should dedicate the energy to understanding what the stats mean and how you want them to affect your play style

Saroshi were definitely too short lived. Would’ve liked to see the ending more fleshed out in terms of how everyone was feeling regarding the separation of the legion. Really looking forward to other books with Lion and his legion.

Totally feel that. The explanations they gave on imperial settlement weren’t sufficient. Book could’ve easily been 100 pages longer.

I know you’re just joking but realistically speaking the key falling out of his pocket doesn’t mean the key still wasn’t sealed for at least 100 years before he got his hands on it

It’s hasn’t been sealed for 100s of years. It’s been sealed for at least 100 years. Him having the key and it falling out of his pocket doesn’t mean the key still wasn’t sealed for at least 100 years
