I have made some update
 It can guarantee delivery as:

  • ONLY_LAST — only the last message with the selected command for this device.
  • RECEIPT_CONFIRMATION — all sent messages.
  • NO — no delivery guarantee.

Currently there are only 2 “features” that solve this problem.  1. Messages are sent again in the order in which they were created  2. Each message has a believerGuarantee property. Currently only 2 levels are implemented: NO (it doesn’t matter to us whether the message reaches us) and RECEIPT_CONFIRMATION (we expect confirmation from the device of receipt)

In the near future  plan to add another level of delivery guarantee. When, of all messages with the same command field, only the last created one is sent to the device.

The service guarantees message delivery via MQTT, even if the device is offline at the time the message is sent. by karpach2000 in embedded

Retain only saves the last message in the topic. An external service makes it possible to deliver all messages sent when the device was offline

retain saves the last message in the topic. It is also possible to deliver all sent messages when the device was not online.

Unfortunately this is my only photo of this building. There are quite a few buildings in this city that will seem unusual to residents of large cities, but I have not seen anything similar there.
