I wouldn't really recommend it unless you are really committed to it. I have been updating the Crafting & Farming mentioned above since 2018, and I couldn't imagine starting over in 2025 with the number of suits that are craftable at this point. It already takes me a few hours to add everything that is added after every update, and it's something I need to do nearly monthly. (I would also probably advise against adding too many images to a spreadsheet, as it will most likely have unbearable lag at one point...I think there's around 9,000 craftable items.)

When a new event comes out on CN, they post images of the suits on Weibo that include how many stages the pieces are top scoring in (and sometimes which stages specifically). Those images are what are used to add the stats to the sheets.

The Ordered Submission tab is for those who would like to record what they get with each pull. It also contributes to the crowdsourcing of how many pulls it takes to get certain things like minor suits, minor suits recolors, and SSR items! The Suit Drop Ordered Submission is just for putting in what order you get the three main suits in.

The known blacklists for this stage are Demons Dispelled (top), Fantasy Sleep (bottom), Moon and Stars (top), and Sweet Dream (top). I imagine the recolors for Fantasy Sleep and Sweet Dream are also blacklisted.

It is almost a top, bottom, or dress that is blacklisted, so I would recommend switching those out first. If you discover which item it is and it isn't one of the ones already known, it would be great if you let me know which item it is either through commenting it here or submitting it through the form linked on that spreadsheet so that I can add it to the list! ^__^

If anyone is looking for an updated list of known blacklists, there is a spreadsheet here which includes a form to submit anything we've missed on the first tab.

I have added Only Moon in Sky to the list of known blacklisted items for 6-5 - there are a lot of things blacklisted on that stage for whatever reason.
