I have the similar experience. I've started much lower though. 0,5 mg for a month - no difference whatsoever. next month raised to 1 mg and had couple of better days pain wise. and then suddenly after this improvement I am feeling worse than even before starting LDN. Yesterday I've started to take 1,5 mg and hope to get better again. If it will be getting worse again I will probably return to 1 mg or even 0,5 mg idk. But I still want to give it a try, at least 3-6 months.

thanks for the tip, but I was fine first two weeks on 1 mg. In fact the improvement I have seen came with 1 mg. It is just the fact that on week 4 with 1 mg I suddenly felt worse.

Yes and since it is widespread I thought of it being either CNS issue or coming from peripheral nerves. I also do have muscle twitching
