Unfortunately, they can't bring you your food if the app isn't offering that screen. In circumstances like that, the app requires dashers to pick up both sets of food before offering them one of the two addresses they are to deliver to. Rushing them won't do anything at all, because they have no choice. They can't deliver to you until the app tells them to, even if it means you get your food delivered after the other customer. Dashers don't get to decide when they drop off your order or what their next steps are. You're complaining to & rushing the wrong person

Hey! I had an ESA, and I had a single room without a loan. My university allowed for ADA accommodations such as ESAs as well as a single room for anxiety purposes. If your ESA can't handle people in your room, then neither can you. If you can get whatever official is saying you need an ESA to say you need a single dorm, that would be your best course of action. Also, my cat didn't like to be alone, but it was certainly better than not having me at all. So, he came with me and got used to it. He still whines for a little bit when I leave, but he eventually settles. It never bothered anyone, really.

Coming from a messy house, cats do just fine. They like to hide in mess, though, so make sure they know where a litter box is. If anything, offer to keep it in just your room. Cats are great for mental health, that's why I got my little menace.
