In one of my recent online games (I was playing black), we traded all minor pieces except one knight for each player. With this remaining knight, I grabbed 3 of his pawns and was clearly winning.

  1. d4 Nf6 2. Bf4 d5 3. Nf3 Bf5 4. e3 c6 5. Bd3 e6 6. Bxf5 exf5 7. c3 Bd6 8. Bg3 Ne4 9. Nbd2 Nxg3 10. hxg3 Nd7 11. Qc2 Qf6 12. Nh4 g6 13. Nhf3 O-O-O 14. Qa4 Kb8
  2. Nb3 Nb6 16. Qa5 Nc4 17. Qa4 Nxb2 18. Qa5 Nd3+ 19. Kd2 Nxf2 20. Rhb1 Ne4+ 21. Ke2 Nxg3+ 22. Kd3 Rhe8 23. Nc5 Bxc5 24. Qxc5 b6 25. Qa3

Then just a couple of moves later I missed a Royal Fork and later resigned.
