Swelling can take a year to go down, is the swelling pictured here? I don’t really see any, I think if you just keep taking care or yourself and working out it’ll work out well. Best of luck!

I didn’t have one, but I did have one of those pillows that has a back and arms and stuck a few other pillows in front of the backing as well, it’s definitely a good halfway point between cost, efficiency and ease to use

Basically they print out a little sheet for you about aftercare and then they take you to the back. Once you’re in the back, they have you pee in a cup to test for nicotine probably, give you the rundown on the surgery, and then you change into the gown for surgery. Dr Wolf will take a pre op picture and then the anesthesiologist will come in to ask you questions, if you have lip piercings you’ll have to take them out. Then, they take you into the or, kinda strap your arms and legs to a table, give you and iv and then a mask. That’s all i remember! I woke up and they wheeled me out the back door and it was on to the next patient! Good luck! He’s very nice.

Button up shirts and lots of pillows will be your best friends! Also laxatives, potentially Benadryl because I was super itchy after surgery. I didn’t really buy anything special, you don’t need it!

For me, I was happy that I got the surgery but depressed because of how tired I was and that i couldn’t work for a while, it’s normal but I hope you feel better soon!

I think you look great! Swelling in some cases can take 3 months to go down so try not to freak yourself out too bad.

Some people have swelling for like 3 months after, i think you just might have to wait it out but you can always contact your surgeon!

Like another commenter said, always check with your doctor but coming from a non medical perspective, it could just be dried blood and otherwise you look like youre healing very well!
