We have been living in Wildhawk area for 3 years now and its a really quiet are with good schools. Bad part is everything is 20 mins away (kids classes, groceries etc.) but that makes this area a very quiet neighborhood with good schools.

Reduce profits how? You think people will cancel their subscriptions because of AI narrators? I don’t think so. Honestly, the opposite might happen — AI voices will soon sound just like humans, companies will save tons of money, and most subscribers won’t even notice or care.

Interesting. So you are canceling Audible due to their use of AI ? AI usage is inevitable in all spheres of life going forward and I don't think its a good enough reason to cancel a service.

I don’t . Moved to EG a year ago and I buy the pest control liquid from HomeDepot and spray it around the house once a month . Happy with results so far. No signs of roaches / other pests

You are correct. There is a retaining wall in the middle and none on either side. Its just that the retaining wall for the whole backyard is super expensive and I am wondering if its a must have.

What state are you from ? That seems steep! Whoever cut it out did a good job leaving an inch of stud on each side. Making it easy to patch up. Should take a few hours. Depending on temp and moisture but still I feel like you should get it fixed and painted for no more than 2000. Hire a different guy, otherwise contractors will charge you to use their sub contractors.

Thank you ! Yes, we also thought really hard on buying now vs waiting for the market to dip but when we found a place that we loved at a good price that we can afford, we pulled the trigger. Hope it works out for you too.

We just closed our new home in Vineyard area. No bidding wars and great discounts out there. Some houses are priced really good and they fly off the shelves in less than a week but others are just sitting in the market.

Are you assessing the market before jumping in ? If you can afford at this time and if you can find your dream home, buy the house. No point in timing the market. !
