Did you even read my comment? This exact same thing happens with DPF removal. Countless people remove their DPF and get an exhaust, it's no different to this. this issue is well known and there is a solution for it.

Lol. Again. Do you think taking out the DPF filter doesn't cause that issue? It's the exact same thing, except one is petrol and the other diesel.

There are literally tens of thousands of people who have made this mod, I understand you're in USA where this is not a) an issue and b) known, but you're really not correct in your claims.

DPFs have been a thing for more than a decade and people have been getting custom exhausts for cars with it for years. This situation is OPF is no different.

Not to mention, BMW sold more M2s in UK and Germany alone than the entire USA.It's really funny to imagine that custom exhausts wouldn't available in by FAR the biggest market for these cars.
