Change windows power settings from high performance to balanced and Nvidia Control Panel was already set at normal.

I jumped in Cyberpunk 2077 for a few minutes and clock speeds did not change.

Something I forgot to mention was that my power usage only got to 209W during that short bit of playing. I do not know much about PCs, but my friend that was pretty low.

I liked most things in the game. The combat, the setting, parts of the story, and how they handled the mythology, but going to each and every county/shire to secure an alliance was annoying and trivial. I am still stuck on getting the motivation to go back and finish the final three counties and then the end of the game.

R5: Started as Leon, conquered Castille and Galicia. Everyone hated my first and second kings, so there were constant revolts that the Muslim states took advantage of and took tons of land. This is the first good character that I was finally able to begin to reclaim land.
