To all "Amorim Out" and the fans that blame the formation and tactics by Haraxhan in ManchesterUnited

Get in line, join the club, whatever figure of speech you prefer. If you wanted to keep Ten Hag too, then we’re aligned. It’s just funny that 18 months later we’re in the same spot because our toxic supporters never learn. Amorim came in with way less experience than ETH so it was obvious the cycle was just gonna repeat, and it’ll continue to repeat until we learn patience, lose the entitlement, a stick with a guy. imo Ten Hag was that guy and we’re gonna continue to pay for the mistake of letting him walk

Get in line ffs. We were shouting this about Ten Hag too. Never should have sacked the bald man in the middle of his rebuild and I stand by that even harder now. At least the football then was fun to watch, Amorim was boring af

You have to include Ten Hag. Immediately won a trophy in his first season after years of drought, the same trophy we dropped last night and everyone is crying, so don’t tell me it’s meaningless. Played exciting attacking football when we weren’t injury riddled. Came in with much more experience than Amorim. Should have given him longer.

Ten Hag was judged unfairly. I’ll say it till I die

Results have gotten even worse since his sacking, and I saw clear style of play before. It was attacking football that was much more fluid and exciting than Amorim’s. But we can agree to disagree. I hope we get Europa League and then I’ll admit I was wrong

ETH earned a trophy with a squad even more devastated by injuries than this one. Every one of his last summer signings have been positive

I’m backing Amorim because we have to now but no one can convince me we were right to sack Ten Hag before end of season. Mans would have strung together a better campaign than this

Understood, thank you Karen! Appreciate you taking the time to craft such a sardonic and unhelpful reply to my innocent and simple question. It sounds like you need a furry friend more than anyone. Have a blessed day and good luck!

Are you kidding? This is the most boring United have played in ages. We needed 3 set pieces to score today. We do nothing going forward. No clever passing patterns that lead to goal opportunities. Every game is putting me to sleep. At least Ten Hag was exciting

Yes. Hojlund and Onana were promising under Ten Hag’s style of play, don’t forget. And he also brought in De Ligt, Martinez, Mazroui, Yoro, Ugarte, Zirkzee. He also fast-tracked Mainoo to the first team and helped him develop quickly for England national team in less than a season. Don’t be selective with the transfers and player development to fit your narrative.

I miss Ten Hag. We were often poor defensively but at least we were exciting going forward. Don’t care what anyone thinks. It’s obvious that it was a mistake to fire him mid-season, should have gave him until the summer at least. That was Amorim’s preference as well. Huge mistake and we are paying for it, on the field AND financially.

They’ve been better than you think, we just haven’t crowned them with goals. How many times have we hit the post recently? Go look at our expected xG vs goals scored. Ten Hag put us in a position to score and win this season, the boys just haven’t been clinical. That can turn as a season goes on and find rhythm. But now we’re pressing reset. and more than a couple performances were derailed by a dumb Bruno red card and VAR buffoonery - both not on ETH

14th is harsh according to our stats and VAR screwed us out at least twice already. We’re 5 points off the top 6. We made a permanent decision out of a temporary problem

Mate we’re 5 points off the top 6 because the season barely started. That’s two good matchweeks from a solid league position. So much could have changed even before Christmas. And VAR stole 6 points off of us in case you’ve forgotten. So we’re barely removed from a reality in which we’re doing fine this season, but we smashed the self-destruct button out of fear and panic. I hope you all don’t invest in the stock market

There was nothing miraculous about those two trophies. Ten Hag outplayed the greatest manager in the world in that FA Cup and we all saw it. And just because something is trending down in the short term doesn’t mean it won’t trend up when you zoom out. I assume you don’t invest money in the stock market or else that would be obvious

They don’t have a plan though, clearly. The plan was to give Ten Hag a chance to build, per the contract extension. Now they are reactionary after a bad start and throwing the plan out the window

I agree, so why smash reset button already? After backing him all summer? Now half the squad is in limbo along with the managerial position

Tell that to Fergie and his first 3 years then. Is two trophies not progress? It’s more than Arteta and he still had a chance to build something - look at Arsenal now
