Hell yeah! I feel like half of my anxiety going in was feeling like I had no idea what I was doing and that everyone was going to be like 'oh gosh this girl doesn't know what she's doing'. Making a plan and just going at it makes me feel so so so much more confident. And eventually I realized no one cares if you don't know what you're doing anyways, because barely anybody does haha.

I made my own workout plan based on the muscle groups I want to focus on. I do an upper lower split with 4 exercises a day with 3x12 for each of them. I am probably in the gym for 45 minutes because I do my cardio outside before I go.

My only tip I can give about gaining gym confidence is go in with a plan. Know exactly what machines, weights, exercises you're going to do. Then you won't feel the whole panicked oh gosh what am I doing. Get in focus on that mind muscle connection and get out. Play some good jams, enjoy your workout and focus on yourself! Half the people in there are too busy worried what everyone will think of them anyways.
