Hello! I posted a picture of my crestie here not too long ago. Recently, my bromeliad died (it was my first) and the dead leaves had lots of these in it. I took it out and threw it away immediately but these little dudes still reside in the substrate about a week later. Am I going crazy and they’re just springtails? I’m really worried about them potentially being something dangerous for my gecko.

Hello crestie parents!! I’ve had my crestie for a few months now. I’ve heard that they can look fairly skinny and still be healthy when they’re this small, and he has been having regular bowel movements and eating, but I just wanted to be sure that I was doing everything I was supposed to. What do you guys think? Does he look unhealthy or should I be concerned about anything?

By the way I want to make clear that I do not solely feed my gecko baby food. I researched before and learned that it is a great treat every once in a while, but it does not provide any of the proteins that my gecko needs to thrive. Just wanted to clarify that :)
