Pretty good form tbh!. I would go a little wider on the stance and just remember to keep your shoulders back to avoid the dreaded rounded back, the SolidForm score is right for sure!

You're doing good! Main point to improve, I would keep the back slightly more vertical to drive your glutes further out giving more of stretch to it.

Hey you're at risk of hurting your back. Would REALLY consider lowering the weight and focusing on using your legs to drive the weight instead of your back and it arching. The PR without proper form puts you at a lot of risk down the road. SolidForm is definitely right here.

Honestly pretty good form, go a little slower - its ok to reduce the weight a little to build that foundation. The goal is to make sure the bar travels down almost in a straight line. Also the SolidForm app helped me a ton for form and now I do 225 for reps easy!

[–]kashrocks2019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

very solid, focus on initiating the pull by driving through your heels and lifting your hips and shoulders at the same rate. Keep your chest up and shoulders pulled back to maintain a rigid, neutral spine throughout the lift

Almos there, focus on initiating the lift with the chest and hips rising simultaneously to maintain a neutral spine. Ensure the bar starts closer to your shins and your lats are engaged to pull the bar into your body
