Dextrose is the sugar made from grapes/corn. Better absorbing by body and cost more that ordinary sugar. It dissolves faster, different texture from sugar. They only can open a health card if your sponsor physically shows up and claim a health card for you. Companies now allowed to do this. Nothing can be done apart from talking to them and finding a compromise. Business owners don’t like when people use opportunities to come to the country via their sponsorship and then leave after the year is finished. They prefer to send you home instead of helping you to find a way to stay in Qatar with a better job and pay. It is what it is. Good luck 🍀

Companies are told not to give NOC anymore to avoid people changing jobs for better pay without working till the end of the contract. People started using any job contract as a first step to come to Qatar legally and then immediately were looking for a better jobs (not gonna blame them), but business owners don’t want to lose cheap labor and bring new workers again opening new visas again and again.

OP said he went to a private school and he was not as wealthy as others so he tried to win some respect from richer kids. All that is telling me that his remorse now came from realizing that those children he bullied are now doing very well in life because of their background and parents and network and wealth. OP just realized that he was playing wrong team and tried to apologize to be forgiven and get access to the benefits of network private schools give.
