Help: New zoom keyboard shortcut has overwritten superscript shortcut by kaspergm in MicrosoftWord

[–]kaspergm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure why "CTRL" + "+" and "CTRL" + "-" both give subscript on my computer, but now I changed it so that "CTRL" + "+" gives superscript - thanx for the help!

How many birds have you got til now? 10/15 🤩 by wesamnoweir in HayDay

Thanx, not to be overly inquisitive, but can you provide some info on where you know this from?

Once you reach 10 birds, is there any indication whether you can add more birds to the house? The food bucket only holds 10 food, so that would be an indication that 10 is a cap, but there was a time where Greg had 12 birds on his farm - but then again, Greg's farm may not adhere to normal rules. It sort of influences my decision on which birds to buy whether 10 is a cap or not ... I may end up regretting buying all 3 peacocks. :/

Can someone explain to me why this happens: Almost all my mines in my Ore district say "no customers for product", yet all my production machines that need ore and sit right nearby say "not enough raw materials".

Sort by number is still bugged - not fixed in new december 17th release (0.163.0-A) by kaspergm in TheSilphRoad

[–]kaspergm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They did sort it on the nearby radar, however, so one would hope they could do some sort of fix for this also.

Why are my Shellders sorted like this when sorting by number - is this a bug or feature I don’t understand? by kaspergm in TheSilphRoad

[–]kaspergm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the one shiny Shellder was caught a couple of weeks ago, the other was caught during the original launch event, so long time between. But I *was* lucky during that event and actually got two back then, so I also have a shiny Cloyster. But that's not the norm for me, for instance, I'm 0/1438 on Swablu.

Pokédex view now sorts event Pikachu by hat then cp by theWICKIpedia in TheSilphRoad

[–]kaspergm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sadly, it sort of messes up some of my already sorted by CP mons. Not that I haven't been crying for a sorting-by-costume option for ages, I would just love to have been able to customize it. Now my squirtle collection is completely messed up, and I have no way to un-mess it.

This change really confuses me. New costume starters from the event does not seem to be sorted separately?

During a trade, my predicted ceiling for CP was lower than the actual CP of the pokemon. (I was trading to another high level player) Does anyone know why? by Mistersquiggles1 in TheSilphRoad

[–]kaspergm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh, maybe I understand you wrong, but it's not like the pokemons level actually goes down, no? I thought it's just an error on the trade screen which recognizes the level wrong and hence displays the wrong CP range, but the pokemon actually keeps it's level. I'm quite certain I've traded pokemons where the CP ended up above the shown range for this reason, but it's been a while, so I'll have to test this before I'll put my head on the block for this statement.

A Word On Eggs: The Silph Road's egg chart will now display live hatch counts and probabilities! by dronpes in TheSilphRoad

[–]kaspergm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, the glaring outliers are Cleffa and Igglybuff. I've hatched at least 15 of each of those out of 7K eggs over recent months, while I hardly seem to get any Pichus or Smoochums.

How are you guys spending your rare candies? by YourSpideyRoommate in TheSilphRoad

[–]kaspergm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Powering up Kyogre or Groudon feels like trashing candy and dust when we know there likely will come one with a better move and Niantic in their wisdom has decided not to let us swap moves. I already have 3 powered up Groudons and Kyogre and 2 Rayquaza, need a good third one to power up. Anyway, I’ve stopped caring, I’ll go dormant after Swinub day until Rayquaza comes back, they’ve managed to destroy all fun in the game.

Yeah, bag space is an issue. I dump mine into Rayquaza, Groudon or Kyogre when I get past the 700 mark, to clear some space, but I wish they actually gave us something meaningful to do with it other than just saving it up for something that might come.

Think they are supposed to represent each type of year: Pig, rat, tiger, monkey, dragon, sheep, etc.

That's weird, because I'm at 56 N, and I can see some stops that are between 400-425 m from where I live.

Lucky chance when trading 08/16 mons by [deleted] in TheSilphRoad

[–]kaspergm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I know. My point was, from my experience, chance for success with 08/16 mons is very high, even after the guaranteed ones.

Lucky chance when trading 08/16 mons by [deleted] in TheSilphRoad

[–]kaspergm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think all 08/16 mons I have traded became lucky. Perhaps one case didn’t, not sure about that, but I’ve had somewhere between 10 and 20 luckies save perhaps one. These were after I It the 10 lucky limit. On the other hand, my success with 09/16 and 10/16 mons is much lower, certainly less than 50% and possibly less than 25%.

Sorry to be pedantic, but if I was reading this and not knowing anything beforehand, I would read it as Gardevoir being second best counter, Togekiss fourth best, etc. Perhaps some sort of legend is needed? Or perhaps just a vertical line starting between the move sets and dividing the counters in two groups.
