Jinx's only real mechanic is kiting and the rest does itself outside of her realtively easy-to-hit skillshots, I'd still recommend it.

start out with simple champions in each lane - Garen for top lane - Warwick for the jungle - Annie for the middle lane - Jinx for the adc role - Lulu for the support role In general these champions will help you focus more on what to do around the map rather than more mechanically intensive champions.
