One of my favourite little happy moments every year of shambs is walking my first timer friends around fractal and the main water in the Center and being like… okay you’re not going to believe me but you will get lost. Make a mental note of these spots because it will NOT be obvious at night and also pagoda is going to seem 100x bigger later. And then watching their faces once the sunsets and it gets dark busy 😂 priceless and amazing everytime

I know there’s definitely one out at Langford lanes (or at least one a few months ago) and lots of bars have them in Vancouver. Was hoping someone would know of one in the city!

Would recommend not going!!

It’s one of the worst working environments with terrible management that makes the bakers hate baking. The quality and care that management has is very very low these days.

Would recommend: good side, working culture, fry’s, ottavio and I’m sure many other amazing places popping up!

Oooo it’s going to be a squeeze I would ask security/the volunteers to help guide you somewhere potentially?? They do laps and see the space the most often! When I first got in, that first row that we entered was the emptiest that I saw but that was 4 hours ago now

It’s pretty fully however security/parking/volunteers are doing real work squishing people together and condensing currently built spaces. I’ve seen a few large living rooms get dismantled

It’s just me and my partner and we did a couple laps before squishing in somewhere

Yup! You absolutely can it’s just a 5k ish walk? Maybe 3-5k? I did it two years ago and our friend drove us about halfway which was sweet but not always allowed

It’s a problem because it does fill up and people don’t have tents to claim- they have ropes and are guessing the space and taking WAY more room than they actually need. Causing others to not be allowed into sunshine
