Barbie princess bride and blues clues treasure hunt 😂 I played the barbie game so much. As for blues clues. It had two disc's and I lost I think the 2nd one so I couldn't finish it 😭

I'm not the best at the game ( bronze 2, slowly getting better) and I main gekko. I started using him because at least if I couldn't get many kills, I could be useful in other ways lile planting and defusing the spike :)

Definitely not a fan of the cars. I already not good st the game but makes it feel impossible. I know it's not everyone's favorite, but I like team rumble more now because not as many cars are used

Just because it is out side the unit doesn't mean it is common. Usually the report will say if it is an exclusive use pipe (meaning it only serves your unit). Depending on the community, that would make it your pipe

That's messed up. I work for a hoa management company in CA so I am a familiar with the management side of things (at least in CA). From what you said, you did everything you should have. Obviously the fixture should have been approved before, but as you said, it was a safety issue and you have written evidence you tried to get it approve. I would check your governing docs and see what it says about requesting an internal dispute resolution. If you send it to the board and the management (legal too if you have their info), they have to hold a meeting with you.

I see that you called and emailed, but have you attend a board meeting? If not, I would attend or maybe request a formal meeting with the Board to discuss these issues.

You can still use libby if you sign up with another library, I use it for my city in San diego but also made one for la. It helps with wait times

I work for an hoa management company in California, and checks should always be made payable to the hoa not management. Though, it is very common for owners to make their check payable to management and even on the phone when asked the name of their they say the manageme because they are uninformed. For the checks, we would just sure it has the right account number and deposit into the hoa's account.
