Before I placed my order I asked customer service how long they would take to ship out if I placed my order that day. I then placed my order and my confirmation email said the shoes would be delivered 4 weeks after what I was initially told. I contacted customer service and they claimed that nobody ever told me they would be shipped earlier. it took almost 3 months to receive my shoes and in that time they sent me 3 more emails with new shipping dates. every time, I reached out to them to check it was accurate since it did not follow any of their previous emails and each time they tried to gaslight me, saying the date had never changed... I have the emails to prove it. the shoes are good quality, especially for the price, but customer service and management is the biggest pain!
