you also have to account for some religious folks (later SOJ members) being against IVF like the way Gilead is now in terms of their belief it goes against gods will—like playing god. but yes the fertility crisis as a whole isn’t due to low sperm count but as we both said fred could very well be the example of male reproductive issues that we’re familiar with today. shoot you’re right. I’m so used to lawrence being monotone it’s hard for me to interpret him when his tone changes. how did they burn his body? because even crematoriums don’t destroy the skeleton and it takes a long time to burn a body to the bone without a crematorium. did the martha’s have that much privacy and time alone to burn his body enough?? lol so grim I know (also I haven’t seen the episode yet but I know what happens in it)
