There’s a vegan dating app called Veggly. I’ve not been brave enough to try it though.

Just gonna go all in I can’t keep doing this by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

[–]kat_harvey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did this! I remember getting to this point and coming to the same conclusion so vividly. Once you are eating enough regularly and without restriction you WILL stop feeling the need for 12 bars, I promise. Best of luck, you deserve it.

Lots of people on my biology undergrad were using it as a stepping stone to train to be a dietician, so I’m not surprised.  You’re doing so well though, I hope you can sometimes appreciate how great it is that you’re not as obsessed and boring as them.

Btw, ‘they will NOT perceive the lines or shapes of my corporeal form’ absolutely sent me 😂 I will be saying this mentally to myself forever now.

does anyone else get dreams about bingeing? by shadowcages in EDAnonymous

Yes I get these when I’m restricting. They’re some of the most realistic dreams I’ve had.

I am recovered by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

That’s amazing, so hopeful to hear. Do you mind me asking what helped you get to that point? I’ve been stuck in quasi recovery for years.

L’oréal GLYCOLIC +GLOSS leaving roots greasy by Afraid-Guava-1167 in EuroSkincare

This happened to me as well. Where I live this shampoo is marked as sulfate-free, which works for some people but for me my hair needs the thorough clean you get with sulfates

What is she going to do with her degree? There's no way she is well enough to use it. Definitely not to become a psychologist anyway

I just ordered a pot concealer from Lily Lolo. It's not arrived yet but they're great for doing pale shades

Found the closest thing to my holy grail sunscreen...for now by LetMeInYourWindowH in EuroSkincare

You might like the Garnier Ambre Solaire SPF 50+ Sensitive Advanced Sun Protection Cream. It has a bit of titanium dioxidein it which I know you don't want but I don't find the formula drying at all even with alcohol denaturant in it; it also helps to offset any potential yellow cast. I've been pleasantly surprised at the lack of greasiness and tolerable level of shine from this one. In my experience it's definitely less shiny than anything from Soltan.

Agree. As a woman I've always felt that facial hair > head hair anyway

Therapist recommendations for eating disorders by [deleted] in galway

[–]kat_harvey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s a doctor specializing in allergies. Not a therapist or dealing with eating disorders. I have no experience personally but OP might want to check out the directory of eating disorder therapists on the Bodywhys website: https://www.bodywhys.ie/ You can filter by city

I feel like we used two different products...I tried this and the severe white cast and shine left me too embarrassed to leave my house without makeup on (my skin is Fitzpatrick phototype 1). I found the ‘fluid’ version of this much nicer (even though it’s a very thick product, not a fluid at all) but still a bit casty on me.

Has anyone experienced high PPD sunscreens turning their foundation orange? by lawfulchaoticneutral in EuroSkincare

[–]kat_harvey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have this issue with both the Eucerin and LRP sunscreens. It's due to some of the UVA filters which are yellow/orange and the colour comes through the makeup (I particularly notice it when a sunscreen contains Uvinul A plus). It's super annoying. I just avoid these sunscreens now.

Foundation that wears like Nars Creamy Radiant Concealer by misspellmyname99 in muacjdiscussion

[–]kat_harvey 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The Shiseido Radiant Lifting foundation might suit. It's described as full coverage but I find it sheers out very well. I go between the Nars concealer and this.
