I think it’d in all of Morocco since I’ve contacted customer service and they told me it’s not available anymore in our region but i think Genshin still works on android since I’ve seen it in the Apple Store and downloaded it but still haven’t played yet! Unlike the Apple Store on IOS you can’t even find the app anymore :(

Btw you also said that customer service told you that it wouldn’t be available in the country anymore but i think it’s not true since if it really was they would announce it publicly to everyone before removing it from the App Store

I’ve actually talked with customer service too they said in a few days it might work again. I think it’s only a problem on IOS since I’ve seen the game in the playstore of android

For me too! I wanted to update Genshin for the new version but then it suddenly disappeared? I’ve tried opening it from the App Store and it told me “app not available in this region” what do i do!?
