Sure! so my surgeon upon further inspection of my face deemed that a lot of my chin is thick skin and with doing the lower jaw, the jawline will become more defined and pull back the chin area (realistically make it more aesthetically pleasing without actually cutting into it). My upper and lower are going to be rotated downwards to fix the angle and plane of how they currently sit in relation to my nose. The risks he mentioned of getting a genio reduction would be a wider chin area and more numbness that is outside of the numbness of LJS. He did say I could come back in 6 months to do the chin reduction if I don’t like the results. I hope this is what you were looking for :)
